T&C HOST YOUR RETREAT AT SATTVA SANCTUARY
Maximum Occupancy: Sattva features 6 bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds or one queen-size bed, allowing for a total of 12 people to stay in the cabin. Day trippers, tents, and camper-vans are permitted for a total of 30 people on the site. The individual or organization booking Sattva Sanctuary acknowledges and agrees to adhere to these occupancy limits. Any damages or violations arising from exceeding these limits will be the sole responsibility of the booking party.
Insurance Requirements: All retreat facilitators must provide valid insurance documents upon booking and maintain active insurance coverage throughout the entire duration of the retreat conducted at Sattva Sanctuary. The booking party shall be solely responsible for any liabilities, injuries, or damages incurred during their retreat, and they agree to indemnify and hold Sattva Sanctuary harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from their use of the property.
Governing Law: The Law of New South Wales governs your use and occupation of the property during this reservation. By booking Sattva Sanctuary, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales for any legal disputes or matters arising from your reservation or use of the property.
Payment Details: To confirm your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Final payment is due 60 days prior to check-in. A valid credit card is mandatory for a security bond on all bookings. Cancellation prior to 60 days of your retreat results in forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of the retreat offer no refunds. Sattva Sanctuary assumes no responsibility for facilitators using our property, and any financial or contractual obligations are solely the responsibility of the booking party.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited at Sattva Sanctuary.
Noise Policy: Please be mindful of our neighbors and fellow guests by minimising noise, particularly after 9pm. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the forfeiture of the security bond and we reserve the right to request noisy individuals or groups to leave the premises immediately.
Dietary Restrictions: No meat, no fish and no alcohol are allowed on the premises.

T&C SATTVA GLOBAL YTT 200 HOURS
Payment Details: To secure a spot in the Sattva Global YTT 200 Hours program, participants are required to make an initial non-refundable deposit of $2000 at the time of enrolment, along with an additional $2000 on the first day of the course. This deposit (total $4000), is non-refundable. The full program fee is due by April 5th unless a payment plan has been previously arranged.
Participation: Completion of the Sattva Global YTT 200 Hours program is contingent upon program completion (fulfil all in-class hours as specified in the program curriculum and successfully complete the final practice teaching requirements).
Certification: After successfully completing the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Sattva Global, students receive a certificate from the Sattva Yoga Academy. This certificate documents the hours spent on the course and certifies the eligibility for a yoga teacher license. The certificate is issued by Sattva Yoga Academy and holds recognition by Yoga Alliance, a widely recognised and authentic organisation in the yogic lifestyle for many years. This recognition enhances the value of your certification and facilitates your journey toward becoming a qualified and reputable yoga teacher.
Release & Waiver of Liability: Participation in the Sattva Global YTT 200 Hours program is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: You understand and acknowledge that the practice of yoga and related activities may involve physical and emotional exertion.
Release and Waiver: You release and discharge Sattva Global, its instructors, staff and all associated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs and expenses, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the program.
By enrolling in the Sattva Global YTT 200 Hours program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, including the release and waiver of liability. You voluntarily accept these terms as a condition of your participation in the program.
